Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery within Kuwait is completed within 3 business days. Weekends are not included within this delivery period (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, in accordance with the company's shipping policy.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Non-printed and non-customized products may be returned or exchanged within 41 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait, provided that the products remain in their original condition.
  • Customized products, such as clothing printed with custom designs, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Checking Your Size
